How much is the delivery cost?

  • Orders under $50 are subjected to a $10 delivery fee.

  • Orders over $50 qualify for FREE delivery.

How long does the delivery take?

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for us to process your order, following which delivery would take between 1-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, orders placed on our website can currently only be delivered to addresses within Singapore. If you are based overseas, please send us an email at, or use the Contact Us form with your order requests. 

The delivery recipient is responsible for any additional import taxes and duties applied by customs at the destination country. In order to comply with Singapore export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items, designate the order as dutiable "merchandise", and not permitted to designated any orders as "gift" for export purposes.

Taxes, duties, and customs information can be obtained at your local customs office.


If you would like to self-collect your order from our office, please select the "Self-Collection" option upon checking out. 

When will my order be ready for collection?

Despite our best efforts to process your orders quickly, please allow at least 2 working days before collection. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Please do not come down before receiving this notification.

We do not operate on weekends and Public Holidays. Please note that orders received on Friday would only be ready for collection earliest by Tuesday. 

What time can I collect my order from your store?

Orders may be collected between 10am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

How do I handle a wrong address?

In the event that the delivery address on the order is incorrect, please email us at immediately with your order number and desired changes. Our team will do its best to rectify any errors. However, we will not be able to make any changes to an order once it has been processed and/or fulfilled. We will not be liable for orders delivered to the wrong address.

What if I changed my mind about a product/my order?

Please contact us via email at as soon as possible with your order number and desired changes, and our team will endeavour to satisfy your requests. However, please note that we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations once your order has been processed and/or fulfilled. 

My order is damaged/ I have not received my order. 

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, or you have not received your order within 7 business days after shipment, please drop us an email at so that we can assist you further.

Currently, we only accept PayNow UEN payment methods. In the near future, we hope to accept other payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard.
